This week, I was sleep deprived. I had some late nights at work and I had some early mornings at the gym. I was definitely dumber. I must have said “Sorry, I’m retarded” about 15 times. That makes coding way harder. After sleeping about ten hours last night, I looked up why we are more idiotic on less sleep. This study details the problem:
